Fundamentals of Leadership I

Fundamentals of Leadership I is a 10-week course designed to develop your leadership skills.  Delivered in a cohort setting and featuring weekly teleconferences with Dr. Jerry Burch and Dr. Jana Burch, this course explores the impact of individual differences through the DISC, Values Based Leadership, collaboration, and strengthening the leadership cycle.
